About Arizona HOSA

Arizona HOSA is a student-led organization that works to create quality, compassionate health professionals. Founded in 2005, we have helped thousands of local students on their paths to becoming leaders in the health community. In the 2025-2026 school year, Arizona HOSA had 13,500 members enrolled, hosted 10 different conferences for our members and advisors, and gave out $20,000 in scholarships to help

our members pursue their dreams of a career in healthcare.

      We truly are a pipeline to the healthcare profession.

The mission of HOSA is to empower HOSA-Future Health Professionals to become leaders in the global health community through education, collaboration, and experience.

HOSA was established in 1976 in Arlington, Texas.

What We Do...

The purpose of the HOSA organization is to develop leadership and technical HOSA skill competencies through a program of motivation, awareness and recognition, which is an integral part of the Health Science Education instructional program.
