Member Awards

About the Program

Member Awards are designed to give participants a way to become even more involved with HOSA while earning recognition! The awards are earned through the completion of tasks assigned and outlined in the proceeding award guidelines. All materials should be submitted to your local advisor who will then turn them to the State Staff for evaluation. Show you're one of the most dedicated members in the state and participate today! Because of the large number of Bronze Level applications, we ask that those only be submitted by advisors.
