The Outstanding Local Advisor Award is designed to honor an advisor who has gone above and beyond to foster the growth of their members and promote the mission of HOSA- Future Health Professionals. Our local advisors drive our organization forward and strengthen the passion of our members, and we want you to share the stories of the advisors that inspire you!
Nomination Process
The award is decided through a nomination process (through the link below) which consists of a letter of recommendation. The nominations are then scored on the following rubric:

20% Years of Experience as Advisor

15% Total Membership Growth from Previous Year

15% Membership Growth Percentage from Previous Year

15% Number of Nominations

15% Strength of Recommendation Letter
