If you're looking for a way to stay involved in HOSA even after graduation, make sure to fill out the alumni registration form at hosa.org/alumni to keep up with exclusive opportunities! National HOSA offers a lifetime  alumni membership for any member of HOSA that is completing their secondary/post-secondary program! Membership is free and provides the following benefits:
