This week in Arizona HOSA...
We are getting all of the agenda and content pieces finalized for our upcoming Advisor Leadership Academy! Be sure to sign up and reserve your hotel rooms before the deadline of August 17th!
We have also been working to update any of those chapters that have notified our office of a change in Advisor, so that the new advisor can access the CMS portal, now that it has refreshed for the 26-27 year. Please reach out to us right away if you need any adjustments made to your chapter!
We have also sent out TEN New Chapter Requests already! So if you are one that has filled out that form, or notified our office of the need for a new chapter, be on the lookout for that email coming from the National office with your login information.

The CMS portal has been refreshed and is officially "open for business"! Make sure you have approval from your district first, but then you are welcome to go in and start adding your members for the year!

Reminder that registration is open now, until August 17th, for this year's Advisor Leadership Academy. Don't wait to get signed up!

AzHOSA is looking for advisors that want to join one of our new/modified committees for this year! If you might have interest in joining our Competitive Events team, or our Partnership/Sponsorship Committee, please reach out to Sandi right away, so those committees can start their important work!

If you are either a new advisor, or moving to a new school, and need access to your new chapter's account, please email me ASAP (to sandra.oligny@azed.gov), so I can update your chapter's account.

Download and print the 26-27 Calendar of Events and hang it on your HOSA bulletin board so your chapter can plan events for the year.

Sign up for the band app to stay up-to-date with all Advisor communications from AzHOSA this year! (See below!)

Planning to go to Advisor Leadership Academy, or bring members to Chapter Leadership Camp? Grab the flyers from those pages, and start getting your requests in to your district now!
Membership Updates!
The CMS Portal is officially Open for Business! As long as you have the proper approvals, you are good to affiliate your members for this year!
Once membership starts coming in, you can check back here for updates in the AzHOSA membership!
